Our story
Kepchaki Stay sits in Rana Village, Lamahatta, surrounded by beautiful trees and mountains — with the Teesta valley falling away below and the snows of Kanchenjunga rising on a clear morning.
We're a local family running a small number of rooms the way we'd host a guest at home — a driver who knows every viewpoint worth the detour, a porch built for doing absolutely nothing for a while, and a clean, well-equipped kitchen at the heart of the house, turning out fresh organic local and Indian food served in our wood-panelled dining room where guests eat together.
On a clear morning, watch the first light hit the Kanchenjunga range straight from your room's window.
